Pain Free by Peter Egoscue
Peter Egoscue approaches the root cause of much pain as a function of body misalignment. His exercises are easy to learn and perform, often using gravity and relaxed stretching. Peter is unusual in that he has no formal medical or physical therapy training. He was injured while serving in the military and became interested in anatomical physiology through his own rehabilitation experience. He is highly recommended by his friend and client Jack Nicklaus.
